Zauba Reveals Moto Z Play to Sport 5.5-Inch Screen, Moto G4 Mounted with 13MP Camera
After yesterday’s listing on the website of Indian import and export company Zauba about Samsung’s Galaxy Note 7 to sport a 6-inch screen instead of much rumored 5.7, a new listing today on the same reveals some undisclosed information about Motorola Moto Z Play and Motorola G4 smartphones.
Bearing codename Vertex, the Moto Z Play is learned from the listing to sport a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display and come with just a single SIM slot. About the pricing part the website reveals in Indian currency – INR 5,274, which is around $80 USD.
The import documents further reveal three smartphones from the stable of Motorola were imported from Canada via Delhi Air Cargo on July 2. The other two shipped were Moto Z and Moto Z Force, the phones which were introduced last month during the Lenovo Tech World event and are expected to be launched in later in September this year.
Other rumors reveal the Moto Z Play is expected to be powered with an octa-core Snapdragon 635 processor, Adreno 506 graphics processing unit and a 3GB of RAM. It will come pre-installed with the latest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow mobile OS.
Moto Z Play may come with a 16-megapixel primary camera with dual tone LED flash along with a PDAF (phase detection auto focus), fingerprint sensor, Laser AF or OIS features, and 3,500 mAh battery.
The Moto Z Play will be a mid-range model, but expected to support Moto Mods modular system. The phone is rumored to be unveiled following the launching of Moto Z and Moto Z Force.
The Moto G4 and G4 Plus too made appearances on Zauba revealing 13-megapixel and 16-megapixel rear cameras respectively. Both the devices are to be mounted with 5-megapixel selfie camera sensors with 1.4um pixel sizes supposedly supplied by OmniVision.
It is speculated the Moto G4 Plus may sport 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and to run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
